We are proud to announce that we have found a new translator to fill the vacated position left by our old one!
It seemed like many of you were displeased that I would dare to fire a guy who (supposedly, according to the obvious April Fool’s post) plays games all the time instead of translating. In fact, many of you seemed to think he would be better off without me and would release the full translation much more quickly, as clearly the root cause of his procrastination–I mean, “research”–was my participation in the project. I am afraid I must inform you that the Translator’s Cut is not the cause of any delay; it is throughhim413’s PS3. How you guys came to that conclusion based on the evidence I presented to you within the post is beyond me, but oh well, better luck next year!
So, in his stead, a translator has volunteered his services. Everyone, please give throughhim413 a warm welcome! You may know him as the guy who has, in one way or another, been a part of the projects to fantranslate Tales of Phantasia (two of four such projects), Destiny R, Tempest, Innocence, Hearts, Graces, and Narikiri Dungeon X. With such a dedicated and talented translator on our team, there’s no way we won’t have the full translation out in a timely manner! If it’s not out by 2020, I’ll eat my hat!
I should take this opportunity to also plug Kingcom, who in case you didn’t already know, is the programmer/hacker behind the Tales of Innocence, Phantasia X, and Narikiri Dungeon X fantranslations as well as the fantranslations of several other boring games. He may not be as good as me in programming EMO modes and Higher Ohgeez, but hey, not everyone can be the best. He is, however, excellent at such things as programming multipurpose, multiplatform assemblers, script extraction/insertion platforms that make mine look terrible (because they are), and other such tools to make my life easier. As for progress, the April’s Fools posts actually revealed much of it! Throughhim413 is making great strides in playing through Tales of Xillia, and I think Kingcom may be working on Graces f’s Lineages and Legacies. There’s also Ultra Rapid Fire, which I must say is quite hilarious. Oh, you wanted progress on the Hearts translation? Never fear! Tales of Hearts has been successfully ported to the new script platform pictured, which allows for much better organization on the backend and (according to throughhim) a slightly easier time translating. As such, he’s put down his PS3 controller for a couple hours to bang out some translations! Unfortunately, Translator’s Cut has languished in the interim because I was more focused on porting the script platform and such than developing Higher Ohgeez, but that will likely soon change. HAH!! FINALLY I KNEW IT FROM THE START THAT THERE IS A WEIRDNESS,HAPPENING TO THIS PROJECT, THAT IS WHY THE TRANSLATION IS KINDA SLOW!! ,,SINCE KAJI REMOVE THOSE TRASH ON THIS PROJECT I HOPE,,THERE WILL BE A PROGRESS SOONER,,BUT I THINK THAT SOONER WILL BE SOON AS A BIG DAMN DREAM!! Yes, yes, DEATH, the Type O is finished…
But i hate the developers.
They think they are the big sh*t and speak to people in a hostile way, i was checking comments and a user posted that the “team is fast, and he wanted to collaborate donating, so the team could release the patch earlier”.
A kid called Zyphr (Which he thinks he’s the big sh*t) reply to him saying that he doesn’t need to patronize the team and have to wait the patch like everyone else or they’ll not release it..then people started complaining why he was acting like a bi*ch.
That attitud of developers are sh*tty, that’s why i like A0 better, they joke, don’t act like bastards and are in simultaneous projects.

You guys see that bogus ‘leak’ of some Vita games with Heart on it? Well, anyway, I just wanted to say you guys should be careful. In the completely improbable situation that Baba wants us gaijin to have Hearts I think a CD would be in the works very soon. Better lay low or something. GL, dudes, I was really rooting for this project for like 4 years.

Yeah… reports are close to confirming that Tales of Hearts R is coming to the Vita wich is great news. I dont know what you guys will do, but i dont believe this version competes in any way with the Vita one. I’m sure it will be fine if you keep going at your pace. xD
It probably wont be ready until far after the Vita version comes out. Besides, Kaji hates that version. ^^

Well, I like Tales and now I have an excuse to get a Vita so I suppose I’ll have to indulge it. Now I’ve got even more to look forward too than just Xillia 2 and Zesty. I have been playing the RAW version of Hearts on my R4 and enjoying that. It will be interesting to play it in 3d with 4 party members instead of simply 3.

F*ck you, Kaji! After more than 5 years we will finally play Tales of Hearts, and on PS Vita, now u can finally assume that u done nothing and drop the project, than start another, maybe Destiny 2 ou Rebirth, and u can play dumb more 5 years.
But my friends, we finally, finally, will get this game translated and the better, is not by the hands of a stupid troll. \o/

TO Balor,,,I dont care if you hate them or what feeling you feel to them,(the team of FF type o project), at least they do they job,,they promise that they will finish the project,,and that promise becomes reality and that reality will sooner becomes real,,look they will going to release it sooner,,not like this, this promise that will be forever,,just giving false hope to all the fans that wishing,dreaming,hoping to play this game in a full English version,,i’m really disappointed,,

rodhes, well anyway the patch is on hold, so it might come out in 2018, meanwhile in 2032 the NDS will be expensive and hard to find as F*CK!!.
